As Sigma members, we are well-positioned to infuse joy into practice in clinical, administrative, research, and policy settings. President Ricciardi’s call to action highlights three essential elements – the ABCs – that promote joy: Awareness, Balance & Purpose, and Co-creation. Our conference will have breakout sessions focused on the ABCs.
Afternoon breakout sessions will feature podium and poster presentations based on our call for abstracts. One session will focus on education and the other on clinical practice.
Our closing speaker is Angie Strawn, EdD, RN, immediate past president of Omicron Delta. She will help us to “Celebrate What’s Right With Nursing.”
