As a member of the leadership Succession Committee, I feel my experience as a leader in Omicron Delta  and throughout my tenure as a nurse I can be of service to those who want to come up the ranks in the  chapter. I have mentored many nurses in the academic setting who rose to higher levels of leadership.   I feel that I can create a positive climate with members.

As a servant leader with a transformational leadership style, I feel that I can create a warm positive climate  with upcoming members. My experience with the chapter for over 25 years will support new members to become stronger leader and hopefully enjoy the chapter as I do.
